Misleading listing! Undisclosed aftermarket upgrades & hidden specs.

Beware! This laptop listing is a total scam. The seller claims it's a Dell 16 Plus with a factory 2TB SSD and Windows 11 Pro, but that's not what you get. The unit actually leaves Dell as a 1TB/Windows 11 Home model, and the seller opens it up to do aftermarket upgrades themselves. To hide this, they glued a white label over the factory specs on the box. When I returned the unopened item, they charged me a $225 restocking fee. If you want a genuine factory-new 2TB machine, steer clear of this seller. Buy directly from Dell or a transparent seller instead.
